Welcome
The Lindamoor Improvement Association is a voluntary community association serving Lindamoor on the Severn. Members enjoy access to our waterfront resources, receive emails about neighborhood news, and are invited to our annual meeting and community events.

Annual dues cost $150 per household, and support projects that engage our community, improve our shared resources, and protect the health of the Cove of Cork. Indeed, most of our funds support water quality monitoring, the maintenance of our piers and paths, and dredging to maintain a navigable connection between the Cove and the Severn River.

You may pay your dues by credit card or with a personal check made out to Lindamoor Improvement Association and delivered to the LIA Treasurer. For the Treasurer's mailing address, please contact us.
Member Resources
The Lindamoor Improvement Association publishes several resources for members, from our Bylaws and Member Directory to the rules that govern the use of Cove of Cork. Our Member Resources also include the results of local bacteria testing and guidelines from Anne Arundel County about waste collection, snow removal, and reporting potholes, power outages, and other problems.
